Most TG11 apps use TG11 Accounts for sign-in. Try resetting your password at accounts.tg11.org. If that fails, email support with the address you signed up with.
Where is my Shop order?
Orders are made to order, so production and shipping take a little while. Email support with your order number and we'll check on it.
